I. In-Process, Customer Relation and Subcontractor Control

* Monitor Quality Performance of Customer, In process and

Subcontractor

* Conducts extensive data analysis in order to lead Manufacturing and

Engineering to arrive with reliable and effective corrective action

for continuous improvement on Quality, Manufacturing Line operation

and MSR

* Conduct line audit to check conformities of man, machine,

materials, methods and environment to ensure that no deviation

occurs within the process.

* Conducts case study, line and process investigation on quality

issues encountered in manufacturing line using 8D Approach (CLCAR)

* Create or review procedures, work instruction, check sheets and

other relevant documents needed in our manufacturing line.

* Review requirements of new models, product modification, new

process and new manufacturing layout prior implementation or mass

production.

* Prepares weekly, monthly quality reports presented to Managers or

Vice President.

* Interface to Headquarter and other subsidiaries to discuss quality

issues and other issues related to manufacturing and engineering.

* Conducts meeting with all sections concern regarding internal and

external customer claim to come up with an effective corrective and

preventive action to resolve the issue.

* Prepares 8D report and supporting documents for internal and

external customer claim.

* Prepares quality report for internal and external customer for them

to understand the quality level of the product we are

manufacturing.

* Conducts regular audit on Subcontractor or supplier (Foreign and

Local).

* Conducts Drill Down to identify possible areas to be improved

through Six Sigma Methodologies.

* Leads and Generate 5S guideline for the Business Unit

* Promotes Kaizen in the Business Unit
