Representative matters:

. In patent infringement action involving laparoscopic surgery double-

duckbill valves, took charge of one of three patents asserted in

retaliation by counterparty, drafting claim charts, assisting with the

retention and preparation of the expert witness, preparing a

technology synopsis in PowerPoint for Judge-mandated mini-trial,

drafting a section of the Markman brief, and following through with

rigorous document review that uncovered invalidating prior art in

patentee's archived sales prospectus; suit was voluntarily dismissed

with prejudice before trial.

. In a 13-party, multi-jurisdiction proceeding from a rash of Hatch-

Waxman Act Paragraph-IV challenges to client's alpha blocker drug (?1-

adrenergic receptor antagonist), took responsibility for

substantiating the evidentiary bases for client's privilege and

attorney work product claims for documents from a storied litigation

history; suit pending in a consolidated jurisdiction following appeal

to the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.

. In habeas corpus proceeding in the State of Texas, was in charge of

matter intake and the establishment of electronic document review

protocols for documents from 29 years of litigation, two trials, two

direct appeals and an habeas petition; assisted with the retention of

experts, conducted jury interviews; drafted the "Factual Background"

section of client's habeas brief and the Reply to the State's Answer.
