estimating staff.

- As the Outside Tooling Manager over tooling procurement, I developed a

vendor base for tooling built outside. With a focus on cost, delivery &

quality, I consistently brought tooling in to the facility that was on

time, in budget and production ready.

- As the Tool Design Manager with a team of 4 Designers, I worked to

implement structured design reviews, to define the design process and

foster a climate for continuous improvement.
