Procedures included:

. Disassemble the old computer

. Assemble new computer

. Set up any printer in the room

. Provide level one Desktop Support to the employees of Kings County

Hospital

FIELD TECHNICIAN (project) INSIGHT GLOBAL INC, Long Island, NY Apr.

27th 2009 - Dec. 15 2009

Primary Task:

. To transfer the work related files of our clients, the employees of

National Grid in all of Long Island, to a new server. This process was

also known as "One Netting". The setting is primarily an office

environment. Because there are so many National Grid sites in Long

Island, it was necessary for our team to commute to different towns

when all tasks in a previous site are completed.

The Procedures included:

. Backed up the clients' files with an external USB hard drive and

restoring said files to a different computer.

. Mapped and network hard drives and printers that the employee(s) might

have used.

. Restored any business related software (Microstrategy, Oracle,etc.)

. Restored and remap any Outlook folders that the clients might have.

. Ghosted imaging

Other Tasks:

. Resolved any technical issues the employees may have after being

converted to the One Net server.

. Used the software called, Remedy, to manage and update any previously

deployed computers.

. Changed RAM card in the computers that need the upgrade.

. Installed any other necessary hardware to the clients' computer.

. Performed break/fix procedures to assist the clients.
