Provide engineering management and support for Video Propulsion FloodGates.
FloodGates provide HDTV solutions to Multi-Dwelling Units. The FloodGate
delivers HDTV solutions decrypting signals from DISH, DirectTV, and cable,
then encrypting streams with Pro:Idium, VeriMatrix, and Vsecure. Inputs to
FloodGate are provided via IP or firewire and output with IPTV or QAM.
Manage and track engineering issues including monitoring, reporting,
customer follow up, interdepartmental collaboration, and resolve support
issues.
