Bottom line and operational responsibility of 16 stores and 1,000 employees
for an area generating more than $170 million in annual sales.
. Successfully managed process of 9 Long's conversions, one Longs store
closure and major remodel in 2009 while identifying mitigating issues
prior to company-wide rollout of systems and reset conversions.
. Reduced shrink that exceeded budget in the existing CVS stores while
converting bottom line earnings at 10.28% during Longs conversion.
. Implemented training and development program to ensure Long's
Management and teams were trained by assigning CVS model store and
trainers.
Regional Operations Manager (2006-2007)
Responsible for supporting the Regional Manager while partnering with
Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager, and the leadership support of 20
field managers.
. Supported a region of 136 stores with over 10,000 associates in
