-Assisting customer with processing during mold tryouts
-Packaging and shipping of sample plastic parts
-Scheduling of trucking for all molds to and from customer
facilities
-Providing assistance with setup and service at customer
facilities
-Scheduling of personnel to assist customers with mold repair
and tuning at their facility
-Assisting sales department with quotes and feasibility for new
molds
*Mold Designer for 18 years: 5 years of manual board drawing - 13
years of CAD drawing
