Rewards Program Implementation. Developed and implemented the technical,

administrative and functional aspects of benefit programs for global

financial services companies.

. Led a 15-person team of US and international practitioners responsible

for implementing a US wealth accumulation plan and co-investment plan,

for leading financial services organizations. Managed the design,

development and testing stages of a proprietary intranet-based

application that allowed users to administer unique complex deferred

compensation plans.

. Provided leadership direction and facilitated the coordination between

the functional and the technology team, to address system issues, verify

calculations and convert complex technical concepts into functional
