company, directing the development of websites with audio and video that
will serve as permanent low cost advertisements
RTG/ISI TELECOM INC. Co-founder, President, Chief Marketing Officer
Developed and implemented a strategy for growing the business from $1.4 m
to $2.0 m in 2 years by entering new markets and getting repeat customers.
LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES
o Created new product concept ( an integrated media (voice, fax, e-
mail) messaging system. Verified technical feasibility of
developing such a system. Conducted primary market research via
customer surveys by telephone, as well as by mail, held focus group
discussions in four different locations in the country to
investigate potential customers' interest in purchasing such a
system. Investigated and analyzed competitors' pricing for similar
systems to determine floor and ceiling prices for this system. This
system generated $15 million over 2 years.
o Researched Competitive Line Exchange Carrier (CLEC) market.
Developed and executed strategy for growing the product line from
$40 million to $55 million in 2 years by introducing the Service
Assurance systems to the CLEC market segment and adding more
features to the incumbent Line Exchange Carrier (ILEC) market. The
strategy was implemented on time and within the budget I had set.
