is tenant and owner representation in the Houston industrial market. I

. Duties include marketing firm's developments for leasing or purchase,
3rd party representation, & bringing in new clients for future

. Marketing duties included flyer generation, cold calling, contract
creation, presentations to investors and investor relations.
. Developed and marketed personal website for lead generation. Over a 4
month period averaged 4.5 leads a week which led to $30,000 in gross

Report. On the board my duties range from organizing mock trial
programs and litigation clinics to hosting events for visiting Judges.
