Enterprise Information Protection Software Company serving the intellectual

property protection, compliance and risk management needs of Global 2000

and Federal customers. Started as a solutions architect and quickly

promoted to product management in late 2007.

. Reported to the VP of Product Management; responsible for a line of 11

products representing $32M of sales revenue in 2009, up from $18M in

2007, despite economic conditions.

. Shepherded 6 new products from conception through design, to delivery

from 2008 to May of 2010.

. Requested by Company President to step up and rescue the DuPont

account as project lead. Results included a $7M enterprise purchase,

approval for over-seas deployments in South America and APAC, and a

strategy to overcome cultural resistance, tight political boundaries,

and complex technical nuance.

. Designed, staffed and managed the \/erdasys Customer Beta and Bug

Validation program, which expanded product exposure with up to 20-30

Fortune 500 enterprise environments per release, resulting in 60%

fewer customer bugs despite a recent twofold increase in customer

deployments.

pushing product requirements which support ease of localization, and

. Developed and analyzed product release performance indicators to

inefficient procedures, and policies to create internal buy-in on

product strategy and direction. Resulting product strategy and
