Work with IT, developers and cross functional collaborative teams to coordinate and conduct enhancement testing for supported

systems projects that include sales force automation, e commerce automation, and point of sale.

Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing for system enhancement initiatives in pre production and production

environments. Create test scripts for enhancement initiatives. Plan and execute release readiness and post release validation

System administration to grant access permissions to reporting applications for area and regional users.

Work with product managers to budget, forecast, scorecard, and trend, analyze, and present data for performance metrics,

analysis and reporting for product launches and campaigns using Hyperion Essbase, Cognos and Crystal Reports analytic

business intelligence (BI) and enterprise performance management applications to support area and regional initiatives.
