Logistics Manager

. Currently manages a annual operating budget of $48 million (warehousing

and freight) while overseeing over 120 hourly and salary employees

consisting of three shifts operating at full capacity 24 hours per day

. Utilizes management team to assist in areas such as traffic, inventory

control, union relations and daily warehouse operations by conducting

detailed weekly meetings focused on past week's performance, maintaining

zero recordable injuries and employee training

. Successfully turned a budgetary deficit of $300,000 at the end of the

first quarter into a positive operating margin of $550,000 in nine months

while improving the perfect order rate from 60% to 74% by year end of 2008

. Effectively managed consolidation of RDC and Harvey during construction

of our new distribution center while keeping customers blind to changes

. Consolidated Pine Bluff/Itasca facilities into the RDC while maintaining

operational costs and high level of customer service

. Key deliverable cost out projects for 2010 include dunnage alternative

project, lease vs. buy forklift project, and AGV warehouse project.

Philadelphia facility, with Strategic Sourcing, to help maximize the

savings for TEMP

logistics/traffic managers to discuss best operational practices that

effect costs and POR.

. Team member of TEMP safety council with responsibility of analyzing

warehouse safety incidents and providing solutions on how to prevent

future occurrences

. Completed relocation into new RDC facility in February of 2010 that

includes golden zone picking versus the current divisional picking

process. Golden zones' have positively impact loading time's as well

operational efficiencies.

. Creation of a 22K square foot pick pack area that will utilize wire guide

picking and floor to ceiling storage. The footprint reduction from the

current 45K square foot area will allow us to efficiently move product as

well as prepare our organization for WMS and TMS system implementation in

the near future.

U-HAUL SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION CENTER Kansas City, Missouri

2007

Facility Manager (Contracted to Set-up Building)

. Actively managed all aspects of the start-up operations for the new

200,000 square foot distribution center including all build-out aspects,

construction, building layout, logistics and inventory

. Proactively negotiated with vendors in order to supply and install

computer systems, handheld radios, inventory racks and all other needed

equipment within the warehouse

. Managed the reduction of two distribution centers located in Arizona and

Pennsylvania, which included the relocation of all inventory to the Kansas

City Distribution Center by December 2007
