Managed data center projects in the hosting department of a
learning software development company. Lead project teams in
size from four to 20 members in the planning and implementation
of new customer installations, upgrades, migrations, software
deployment and infrastructure upgrades. Also lead projects to
improve server build procedures and scheduled maintenance
planning and tracking processes.
Achieved the complex migrations of 22 customers between data
centers resulting in cost savings exceeding $1.5 million over a
three-year period.
Familiar with internet technologies, application deployment, and
data integration and migration. Managed all aspects of project
phases, including scoping, planning, estimating, scheduling,
resource allocation and monitoring while providing regular

resources software upgrade and web self service module
deployment, SharePoint intranet prototype development,

Facilitated multiple web-based projects involving Microsoft IIS
and SQL Server management, development and support for several
web sites to track associate attorney evaluations, provide
extranet access for key clients and host an internal firm
newsletter.
Successfully lead the migration of Elite Enterprise time &
billing system from UNIX to Microsoft Windows/SQL Server which
reduced annual support costs by $50,000.
Converted paper-based company newsletter to HTML for the

Intranet Administrator
Managed a 2000-page intranet site, Swedish On-Line, for regional
hospital. This included configuring and managing servers, coding
the HTML, JavaScript and forms for the site, developing ASP
pages to link to databases, creating graphic images and
navigation, tracking site statistics, managing Web-based
applications along with conversion and implementation projects.
Received Distinguished Performance reward for the successful
completion of converting a legacy web environment from Unix to
