including interview schedule, questions, timing, and debrief meetings.

. Thoroughly screen each potential candidate and help to determine skill-

set levels with various technologies.

. Run a full desk - collaborate, act as the go-between and represent

interests for both candidates and managers/business groups. Close

candidates and negotiate complex offers.

. Create and maintain highly confidential process documentation and

candidate information records (e.g. salary history, background check

information)

. Implement successful acclimation programs (e.g. New Hire Orientation)

to help reduce ramp up time for employees.
