shooting of bugs thereby keeping the system down-time to a minimum and

increasing the efficiency of the system by 40 - 50%

. Developed Drupal/PHP-based presences for setting up Cron jobs for

time information about LEAD services to its growing user-base

. Introduced a ticketing system (Resource Tracker) that led to

developing a sense of accountability and ownership among the LEAD
