Managed a creative team of web professionals that carried out all interactive efforts (web
site design and development, social media, blogging, SEO, SEM, etc.). Planned and
executed multi phased marketing strategies for Bridgestone, Mike Rowe, Grainger, W. F.
Young, Chicago Bears, AlterNRG, Clean Energy and more. Implemented tools to track the
performance our client’s web sites and campaigns, then made recommendations based on
my detailed analysis. Developed custom tools that allowed clients to analyze live visitor
behavior and make immediate adjustments to their web applications.

New York City 2005 to 2009
Designed and developed logos and corporate web sites for Intermedia branches in US, UK
and Russia. Implemented and managed online sales and marketing tools including Vtrenz,
LivePerson, ReachForce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and custom built systems for lead
tracking and customer relationship management. Managed the marketing department in
both US and Russia and maintained a productive team oriented work environment.
Brought web site to #1 ranking in 85% of our targeted key search terms (SEO) by
implementing new web design standards. Made adjustments that Increased web site traffic
over 300% in my first 6 months as Art Director. Developed a rebrandable solution allowing
clientele such as Dell, Alltel and Softmart to resell Intermedia products and services.

Raritan NJ 2002 to 2005
Developed and maintained web sites and intranets for diverse clientele including Johnson
& Johnson, Pfizer, McNeil Nutritionals, Aventis, LifeScan and NBC. Worked with Johnson
& Johnson to develop a stand alone careers web portal (http://jnj.com/careers). Designed
and implemented HTML email campaigns for JnJ, Pfizer and McNeil. Created
presentations and web sites seen by Johnson & Johnson executives and employees world
wide. Created database driven web applications for clients to run internal surveys and
processes.

Designed and developed web sites for key clientele including St. Vincent’s, American
Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA), March of Dimes, Walk America, Caritas
Christi, Criimi Mae Inc., Kraft Foods and Restaurant Associates. Fostered and maintained
a productive team oriented environment. Managed entire creative process from conception
to implementation. Obtained awards for the design of Caritas Christi and Criimi Mae web
sites. Acquired a strong understanding of site architectures, cognitive user interfaces,
and intuitive navigation schemes.

Managed corporate web site and designed pixel based streaming media presentations.

Became an expert in bandwidth optimization for streaming media and web sites.
Spearheaded design, development and launch of 8 Mentor products including Mentor for
Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Netscape and Windows. Designed and
developed multiple presentations and web campaigns for IBM and Lotus. Our Mentor
products were featured on CNN.
