Lending

Responsibilities: Process new start requests beginning with monitoring loan

compliance and verifying approvals, ordering flood determinations and

appraisals, reviewing title for outstanding liens, requesting loan

documents, review of loan documents in compliance with approval and release

of documents to title company. Review of HUD. Funding of closed files

including internal booking and wire transfers. Management of matured loans

including ordering title searches, tax verification and insurance

compliance.; Ordering and reviewing of renewal loan documents. Daily

monitoring of past due loans, matured/maturing loans, and NSF's. Monitor

collateral and credit exceptions. Daily customer service. Closing of two-

time close consumer loans. Various administrative responsibilities

between core loan system and construction management system. Quote payoff

letters, process payoffs and prepare releases of liens. Open construction
