Senior Corporate Application Engineer in a 6 member team specializing in
the Palladium, Palladium II/III products. Provided excellent support for
the field engineers as well as the account base.
. Primary technical contact for the European and Japanese customers.
. Handled more than 3000 Palladium customer issues, and filed more than
1000 bugs and
enhancement requests.
. Interfaced between customers and R&D in addressing outstanding
customer issues resulting in timely resolution and higher customer
satisfaction.
. Created small test cases of customer issues resulting in fast fixes.
. Represented Cadence locally and internationally doing product
demonstrations that generated sales leads.
. Led an ongoing project in the Palladium Customer Support group to
write technical application notes and publish them on the Cadence

less than 5 days and eliminated release errors by creating scripts to

requests, defining patch contents, writing release notes, and
releasing patches on the Cadence Website.
. Wrote a Perl based patch install/uninstall utility that customers use
to install patches.
