Pro/E 3 experience:

Advanced-level user, (5000+hrs) 3 years.

Parametric part, and assembly modeling, advanced solids, surfaces, ISDX (free form

surfacing). Create part and assembly relations, programming, and use of family tables.

Create UDF’s, hybrid modeling, top-down assembly design knowledge using design and

motion skeletons for use in mechanism and mechanical analysis. Use of view manager

to create simplified refs, x-sec, and exploded views.

Create views, notes, tables, and format Engineering Drawings. Create custom BOM’s,

Templates. G-tol dimensioning and stacking.

Create layouts using global parameters.

Proficient- knowledgeable in Mechanical Analysis, Behavioral modeling, Advanced Photo

Jet engine mechanic; NAVY - 4 years. Garrett Air Research-Honeywell; jet engine

mechanic, Pro/E3 mechanical designer – 5 years; went to Corporate School in the WF-3

Cadquest series for 200 hours, trained in basic G-tol, main responsibilities were to assign

G-tol’s, clean up and assign dimensions, assist in model and assembly design. Worked in

t he machine shop and on the production floor assembling APU’s and jet engines for the

Lear Jet Corporation contract, dates 2004-2009

15 years working with 2D Cad, designing custom homes as an independent contractor,

dates 1990-2004
