This Internal project was initiated due to the Merger happening between BNY
and Mellon Financial. Both companies were on two different platforms and
the need was to integrate them into one and upgrade the existing
environment to a newer version enhancing features and user experience.

JPMorgan Chase is one of the global financial services firm with offices in
more than 60 countries with over 200,000 employees. They are a leader in
investment banking, financial services for consumers, small business and
commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset management and
private equity.
This project was carried out for the GTI (Global Technology Institute)
group within JPMorgan Chase.
Project 1: Chase / Bank Of NY Retail Business acquisition: (Merger Project)
. Lead Business analyst in dealing with Technology group to get a
feasibility study.
. Retail business unit was sold to BNY from Chase Manhattan Bank and all
associated system had to be migrated along with it.
. Merger integration and transition of GLAMR application from Delaware
to New York
. Worked with the Retail Business owner and Technology team to ensure a
smooth transition to the new environment.
. Overlapping system were identified and assisted SME's to decide on
which one to shut down.
. Work with Bank of NY project managers and technical team to coordinate

Project 2: ACL Remediation : (Compliance Project)
. Worked on an IT Risk Management project initiative to lock down
default access for all open access notes databases.
. Project involves determining active/inactive notes db's, finding the
information owner and updating them on the application certification
database so that data with a notes database is not compromised in any
way.
. Working with the ITRisk Management community in defining the risk

Project 3: QA and Deployment Process creation:

3 portals:
A) Sales Portal: Sales Portal provides the Sales and Marketing team with
a 360 degree view of their accounts along with providing them an
ability to generate realistic monthly budget estimates to the
potential Double Click Advertisers to run their performance based ads
on Google and Yahoo search engines.
B) Operations Portal: KWGT (KeyWord Generator Tool) is used by the
Campaign Analysts to create campaigns, identify keywords and upload
the campaign on Google and Yahoo Search Engines. This tool also
enables to tweak the campaign once live so as to meet the desired
campaign performance output.
C) Advertiser Portal: Advertiser Reporting Center is used by the Double
Click Advertiser to go online and view the performance metrics of
their campaigns. They can also use this portal to contact the Campaign
Analysts to suggest changes to their existing campaigns.

. Involved in understanding Double Click's current business as well as
their current systems.
