Assistant:
. Responsible of providing document control assistance on the Project
Document Control Center. Duties include As a Document Control Specialist
in charge of received all project documents as of RFI's, submittals, new
revised drawings, make copies of them and distributed to contractors.
Has been involved in all phases of construction document filing,
conversion of originals to PDF copies, allocation of PDF copies into the
Company's archival system, distribution of copies, and preparation of
turn over packages to be provided to the site and any other document
control activities as part of the closure of the project.
. As a Project Adm. Assistant, performed all office related duties for
employees on project site including typing, copying, faxing,
telephone, "e-mails", and generating meeting minutes. Provided support
to Safety, Construction Coordinators. Served as a liaison among the
main office, and the project site. In charge of reception area; oversees
all office supplies requisitions.
o Engineering as drawings, specifications and related information on
architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, HVAC, electrical,
instrumentation and controls (i.e. preliminary instrument list and
system architectural diagram).
o Construction as final approved field drawings, specifications,
electrical verifications, equipment verifications, valve
inspections, piping verifications as welder performance
qualification, weld coupon log, slope log inspections, pressure
test reports, cleaning/passivation, fiberscope log, etc.
o Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) documents that will support
Installation Verifications / Qualifications and Operational
Qualifications. They will consist of Construction test reports,
Engineering support documentation, Receipts Verifications (RVs),
vendors manuals and certifications, etc.
o Computer System Validation (CSV) documents that will support
installation and operational qualifications.
o Automation documents that will include instrument or equipment
information as manual s, Delta V and hardware
specifications and any other related document
o Procurement that include all purchased instrument and equipment
documentation (i.e. purchase orders, calculations, certified
drawings, catalog information/ manuals, wiring schematics,
recommended spare parts and
o Lubricants, certified mill test reports, certificates of
conformance, calibration reports, etc.)
o Responsible for the coordination of meetings as required by the
Project Document Control Manager.
o Responsible for providing support on the monitoring and/or
gathering documentation as applicable for the qualification of
contractors at the client site. Responsible for providing support
on the monitoring of trainings for contractors as established per
job function in accordance to client company policies and
standards.
o Responsible for maintaining office supplies inventory.
Administrative Assistant/Contracts & Procurement:
. Assisted Contract Manager and Administrators in all matters related to
the department. Input commitments, order values and contract
modification data into the project management system. Responsible for
the control of all documents submitted to the client for signature and
for maintaining all Procurement department filing systems.
. Provided assistance to the senior procurement personnel in all matters
related to the generation of purchase orders and subcontracts and
expediting deliveries. Maintained requisition logs for both purchasing
