Mission to Africa
Traveled to Uganda, Africa in the fall of 2005 with Watoto Childcare Ministries.
Constructed a home for orphans.

LA State Penitentiary Volunteer
Participated in the 2007 Returning Hearts Celebration at the Louisiana State
Penitentiary in Angola.
Assisted a family for the day at the celebration.
Celebrate Recovery Worker
Involved with the local Celebrate Recovery ministry at Istrouma Baptist Church
(2005-2007).
Responsible for running the sound system, lights, weekly PowerPoint presentation, and
general setup.
Led a men's recovery small group and occasionally spoke to the large group on a topic
of recovery.
