fourteen domestic cable television networks, MTV's

receivables.

. Initiated the development of a comprehensive credit

policy and procedures manual from the planning stage to

. Developed a strong relationship between the credit group

and the sales force which enables them to structure

profitable transactions while limiting bad debt

. Managed 11 accounts receivable analysts; with the

collection activity of over $150M in monthly

. Established computerized ticker system to ensure prompt

follow up with delinquent accounts, thus reducing the

DSO by 10 days.

. Reduced the over 90 day percentage from 24% to 9.5% in

less than one year.

. Implemented monitoring program for cash in advance

accounts, preventing possible airing of units

without advance payment being received.

. Developed the credit scoring matrix used to determine

the credit worthiness of potential customers which

. Implemented a credit and collections training course for
