Cross functional Teams across the Global Supply Chain organization and
worked on select Projects to reduce customer pains in some specific
areas such as On time delivery, Inventory turns etc
. Global Lead to implement ISO 9000/TL 9000/ISO 14000 Quality and
Environmental Management Systems. Led cross functional teams to
deploy/reengineer Processes across the organization spanning 80
locations worldwide and spread across 60 countries. The Multi site
Certification, first of its kind in the Telecom Industry, involved a
