. Team Lead to drive and reengineer Business Processes to deliver bottom-

line impacts through the use of Lean and Six Sigma Principles. Led

Cross functional Teams across the Global Supply Chain organization and

worked on select Projects to reduce customer pains in some specific

areas such as On time delivery, Inventory turns etc

. Global Lead to implement ISO 9000/TL 9000/ISO 14000 Quality and

Environmental Management Systems. Led cross functional teams to

deploy/reengineer Processes across the organization spanning 80

locations worldwide and spread across 60 countries. The Multi site

Certification, first of its kind in the Telecom Industry, involved a

workforce of nearly 7000 employees and saved the corporation app 1.5
