aspects of environmental laws associated with stock and asset purchases
and sales, including providing risk assessments and negotiating and
drafting purchase and sale agreements, initial public offering Form S-1s,
Form 10-Ks, credit agreements, environmental indemnification agreements,
environmental provisions of property leases and environmental insurance
policies.
. Assist clients in obtaining and transferring environmental permits for
all types of discharges and defend against challenges from environmental
advocacy groups;
