Responsibilities: Wire and integrate all electrical control
cabinets for all machines and conveyor systems on speaker assembly line
that uses Bosch automation railing. Responsible for machine start-up and
the debug of control cabinets. Worked with automation products such as
Bosch, Allen-Bradley, Wago and DeviceNet while working for E.D.G. at
Bose Corp. Checking schematics and marking up prints where
necessary, making mechanical modifications where needed.
1999-2001 Systems Technician, Boston Digital Corporation
Major Responsibilities: Setup and turn on all systems, on CNC
Machining Centers, which include all electronic, pneumatic, electro-
mechanical, cooling & heating, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot
any problems that arise during machine start up and take corrective
action to fix the problem using schematics, assembly drawings, wire
lists, and engineering procedures. Other main job functions are to
perform final inspections on mills, set off final machine test runs, and
assist other personnel in the assembly line with any problems
encountered during various stages of assembly and testing process.
Minor responsibilities: Assist Electronic Test Department with
various duties such as the setup, test and repair of CNC Controls and
Retrofits, inspect, calibrate, and test incoming vendor and in-house sub-
assemblies. Troubleshot and repair printed circuit boards to component
level. Maintain records of test and repair activities.
1997-1999 Final Assembly Technician, Boston Digital Corporation
Major Responsibilities: Perform mechanical installation and
electrical integration to all sub-assemblies on milling machines. Perform
all quality control checks during assembly process such as the following:
geometric squareness checks, lasers tests, ball bar tests, thermal
compensation testing, horsepower and test cuts. Disassemble, rack, skid
milling machines and accessories and transfer to shipping department.

Responsibilities: Scheduling of purchased and manufactured
parts from inside and outside vendors in a timely fashion, so as to meet
production schedule deadlines. Other responsibilities include the
overseeing of the Manufacturing Dept., quality assurance of final
