1) Responsible for all aspects of new pump assembly line to include line
layout and balancing, assembly procedures and tooling, operator training,
process qualification and packaging. Estimated yearly sales value of
product produced on this line to be over $10 million
2) Planned, coordinated and directed the move of a pump line with sales
revenue of $4.8 million from the U.S. to Europe.
3) Lead the manufacturing engineering requirements for the implementation
of new air conditioner tubes and hoses to be placed on the following Toyota
vehicles: Avalon, Tacoma, Corolla, Sienna, and Tundra.
4) Standardized die shoe clamping thickness and shut height of all dies in
punch press cell. Setup time reduced by 25%.
5) Researched and managed the installation of CNC file storage system onto
shop floor. Behind the Board Readers for inputting and saving CNC code
into CNC lathes, mills and broachers were installed on older equipment and
computer terminals were added to shop floor for file management. Setup
time reduced by 15%.
