. Established financial reporting for division including, financial

restatement's Program Management Office supporting the accounting

for non-public information. Implemented software tool for the total

automation of administrative functions for contractors and consultants

Senior Risk Manager (Deputy Chief of Staff), CRO

Administered and directed policies and performance measures function for

the Chief Risk Office(CRO); working directly for the senior-most corporate

officer with direct responsibility for credit risk performance of Fannie

Mae's $2.2 trillion guarantee book (the largest risk portfolio of its kind

in the world.). Managed a multi-disciplinary team of ten people. Supervised

management reporting, market risk model quality assurance, SOX compliance,

model mapping, system integration and assessment, and implementation of all

risk parameters.

. Managed credit risk arising from several different business lines at a

corporate staff level, ultimately focusing on accounting operations

and credit analytics' unit staff in the development of credit loss

management policy and formation of risk management processes. The unit

developed credit loss metrics post Katrina and Rita hurricanes and

produced credit loss estimates for the region.

. Provided oversight of project management executive summary reporting,

pricing and financial analytic services, to the middle and back

offices, delivering MBS financial data analysis.
