SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
. Implement new holistic financial planning program for Citi Personal
Wealth Management called the Financial Wellness Program. Key aspects
included the creation of a web based site called myFi.com which allowed
Clients to receive both comprehensive planning and AI base portfolio
investment advice costing over $9 million to develop. Lead and
coordinating a group of CFP Specialist in all phases of financial
planning and investment recommendations. RESULTS: Program generated $5
million dollars in new assets and adding over 150 new planning Clients.
. Managed and retained a book of over 400 financial planning clients with a
fee-only process. Demonstrated proven ability to sell financial products
through the financial planning process. Developed comprehensive planning
for clients' personal and financial achievements. Provided senior
consulting advice for peers in real estate investments and real estate
tax efficiency. RESULTS: Personally delivered sales of 500 financial
products over two years. Maintained a 98% client satisfaction rating of
excellent service as measured through client surveys.
. Reorganized and solicited new clients for 403B financial organization
with a book of 450 clients. Managed a 13 county territory with
demographics of over 1 million people and $15 million total assets under
management. Assisted in the management of an additional 800 clients for
subordinate advisor. Implemented fee-base concept in the territory and
introduced financial planning process to both existing and new clients.
RESULTS: Added 110 new clients in first full year of production with over
$1.2 million in GDC sales.
. Developed a marketing strategy to start a book of business in an existing
market. Worked with senior advisors to implement marketing program
obtaining prospects and clients from referrals and personal contacts.
RESULTS: Acquired 165 clients in less than three years with $7 million in
total assets under management. Recognized as Sales Rookie of the Year
out of 74 new representatives attaining 95% of sales quota. Sold an
additional $2.5 million in financial products the following year.
. Managed finance department with $300 million annual expense and 25
employees for an international pharmaceutical company. Prepared all
profit-loss statements and developed annual and long-range budgets.
Controlled a $20 million capital expenditure program. Maintained
executive control of the royalty and licensing department. Discovered and
proved that a competitor owed the company $15 million in unreported
royalties. RESULTS: Facilitated a $6 million royalty settlement after
protracted legal proceedings. Reduced accounts payable days outstanding
invoices from 90 days to 45 days in six months. Eliminated 12 month
backlog of sales force expense reports in 60 days, recording $4.5 million
in costs.
