Construction Manager . Lennar Corporation- Aliso Viejo, CA (2005 to 2009)
Hired to supervise the construction and completion of new home
development. Responsibilities included planning and maintaining a
production schedule, quality assurance, expense control and city
inspections for Certificate of Occupancy. Single family and Type V 1-
hour construction. Versed in blueprint reading, RFIs, and UBC.
Awarded additional responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative
in 2008. Responsibilities included identifying issues for home owners,
producing solutions plans, and scheduling subcontractors to fulfill
contractual requirements for home repairs.
Streamlined initial build schedule 3 working weeks by reassessing
time allowances for subcontractors, reorganizing trade progression,
and flawless communicating and planning.
In 2007, my team built and closed 130 homes and generated roughly
$60 million of revenue. Every home was delivered on time with zero
defect.
Supervised 40-50 subcontractors throughout the construction
process.

included showing apartments as necessary and participating in the
leasing process.
Event Supervisor . Universal Valet- Sylvan Lake, MI (2001 to 2003)
Supervised and coordinated for on-site operations during valet events.
Responsible for collecting funds, the safety of up to 300 cars, and
managing valet crews ranging between 3 and 20 people. Customer
