Quality Administration, Supplier Quality Assurance and over thirty five
inspection personnel for the $120 million aerospace specialty bearing
division of Kaman Corporation.
-Worked closely with manufacturing management to ensure production and
inspection processes were running efficiently with optimal throughput.
-Established metrics for the Quality Assurance Department, setting
baselines and tracking progress to goals in support of corporate
objectives.
-Created a supplier scorecard system to measure performance and to provide

facility as well as rebuilding old equipment with current technological
