Responsible for credentialing, re-credentialing, and activating
providers into the network based on company criteria. Request
missing information from incomplete provider applications.
Rotate initial and re-credentialing "missing info drawer" every
two months and reviewing applications via US mail, fax and
email. Assist providers with the status of their application.
Send initial and re-credentialing packets to interested
providers. Assist in the completion of special projects in a
timely manner. Provide back-up support to the Administrative
Assistant. Respond to daily inquiries regarding network
participation. Recruitment of some providers. Complete NPDB
reports for all MD's and DO's. Maintain monthly follow-up calls
to non-responding providers. Update the system per random
