. Formalized "EHS" portion of New Hire through presentations and testing
on topics such as PPE, HAZCOM, LOTO, Ergonomics, Ladder Safety, and
Life Safety.
. Concept reduced annual quantities of VOC emissions as well as began
reduction in use of "wet" paint products by substitution of powder
products with lower VOC contents.
. Life Safety/Fire Code compliance for "self monitoring" status for
200,000 sq.ft. Manufacturing facility.
. Implemented major upgrades to Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems.
Combined project costs of ~ $37k led to City of Phoenix Final Permits
for all paint and paint storage areas as well as Phoenix Fire
department "green" tags for installations.
