Developed requirements and analyzed associate data to implement the FMLA

Leave component of Kronos for use by 10,000+ associates, saving the company

Planned, designed, developed, and tested custom accrual cap processing and

reporting system using Kronos Connect (HR Workforce Management software),

saving the company over $4,200 in vendor consulting fees.
