10/06 to 4/07 JP Morgan/Chase Bank- Phoenix, AZ

Vice President-Project Manager

Managed the construction of 7 banks in the greater Phoenix

market.

5/05 to 9/06 Park Lake Communities/Royce Homes- Phoenix, AZ

Phoenix Division Manager

Full charge administration and management of Acquisition and

Development of residential lots from forward planning, purchase

contract negotiations, cost estimating, proformas, engineering,

permitting, and construction supervision to final completion and

turnover of lots. Delivered a total of 875 lots with a value of

53 million.

3/04 to 5/05 MCO Properties- Phoenix, AZ

Land Development Project Manager

Responsible for the development of a $42 million, 244 unit

project. This was a high-end custom home site project situated

on 505 acres in mountainous terrain. Project included a sales

center, gatehouse, three mile backbone infrastructure and a half

million gallon water tank / booster pump project. Managed a

staff of three.

5/02 to 3/04 DMB- Verrado, Phoenix, AZ Verrado Project, Buckeye, AZ

Manager of Vertical Development

Responsible for the construction management of the commercial

portion of the Verrado Project. Projects included an 110,000

s.f. Mixed Use Downtown Complex. a 6,500 s.f. Sales Office and

an 8,500 s.f. Golf Maintenance facility worth $16 million.

3/98 to 4/02 Del Webb Corporation, Phoenix, AZ

Senior Project Manager

Responsible for construction management of all amenity

construction for the Sun City Grand Project in Surprise, AZ.,

(98-02) and Anthem, AZ (01-02). Managed a staff of three. Major

projects include a 36,000 s.f. Corporate Headquarters Office.

several Crafts Bldgs., CAM Maintenance Bldg, two Sales Office

remodels and a 21,000 sf. Multipurpose facility worth $ 15

million.

5/97 to 1/98 The Mills Corporation, Phoenix, AZ

Project Manager

Responsible for the construction management of all specialty

areas within a 1.7 million s.f. mall in Tempe, AZ. Managed the

construction of the transition courts, information courts, food

courts, entertainment courts, the exterior and interior

entryways with a value of over $7 million dollars.

3/96 to 3/97 Fuddruckers, Phoenix, AZ

Director of Design and Construction

Responsible for construction management of 20+ restaurants with

a value of $15 million and the design development of two

conceptual QSR concepts for Daka International. Provided

direction and assistance to the Franchisee community, both

domestic and international, in their construction and

development efforts. Responsible for facility management for the

western region (28 stores). Duties included forward planning,

contract negotiating (construction, FF&E and professional

services), project budgeting and financing, cost estimating,

zoning, entitlements and gaining final approvals from government

agencies.

Regional Project Manager

Responsible for 170+ corporate and franchise restaurant

projects worth over $65 million. Duties included forward

planning, contract negotiating (construction, FF&E and

professional services), project budgeting and financing, cost

estimating, zoning, entitlements and gaining final approvals

from government agencies.

Spearheaded the construction, conversions, remodeling and new

store roll out efforts for the western region of US. Built 24

new corporate restaurants, several of which won design awards.

Remodeled 25 corporate restaurants in the western region,

several won building design awards. Developed scopes of work for

an additional 64 locations in the southeastern region.

1/88 to 6/90 Retail Center Development Specialists, Inc. Phoenix, AZ

Vice President

Responsible for site planning and analysis for proposed shopping

center developments. Full charge construction management of new

construction, redevelopment of existing centers, lease reviews,

construction and coordination, tenant build outs and facility

management of over 1.5 million s.f. of shopping center space.

Developed 8 shopping centers with a total of 1.5 million s.f.

with a value of $66 million.

Responsible for land acquisition analysis, planning & zoning

approvals and construction management of all offsite and onsite

improvements. Developed over 3,000 lots in Arizona with a worth
