PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Highly motivated and experienced Insurance Product Development Coordinator
seeking to broaden her experience in the Insurance business or other
industry through marketing. I have five years experience coordinating
projects with various departments and ultimately developing the product in
Adobe InDesign CS-3 or coordinating changes with IT.
My extensive computer skills which include FrontPage were used to create an
Underwriting intranet website to facilitate the viewing of the Underwriting
Guidelines to Underwriters and Agents.
Being creative and innovative, several new product marketing brochures are
now used to create interest for insurance products in potential customers.
The Agents were granted Dental, AD&D, and Disability insurance due to my
ability to create and administer their rating, billing, and record keeping
program through AIG.
I am a bright multi-tasker who can handle several projects simultaneously
with accuracy and efficiency. I have an excellent work ethic and I am
willing to learn.
EXPERIENCE
Product Development Coordinator September 2005 -
May 2010
Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Arkansas, Inc., Little Rock, AR
. Under my supervision, five separate policy booklets were developed and
published in five years with a new look and better coverages.
. The Underwriting intranet site not only provided the agency force with
underwriting guidelines but also training resources, a photo
directory, department bulletins and other important information.
. I updated several hundreds of form letters that had not been touched
for several years. I gave them a fresh look and a softer feel.
. I created many professional insurance forms in InDesign and saved the
company money by not having to outsource the artwork. Plus it allowed
us to have exactly what we wanted in our company forms, applications,
etc.
Assistant to VP-Compliance, Regulation, & Legal August 2000
- September 2005
Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Arkansas, Inc., Little Rock, AR

keeping program through AIG.
. The Vice President trusted me to write all his correspondence and
rarely changed any wording.
. I learned a great deal about corporate contracts by assisting him with
Errors & Omissions (E&O), Directors & Officers (D&O), Reinsurance
contracts, Crop Hail, and others.
. While also assisting the Policy Services Department Manager, I created
monthly reports in EXCEL to highlight monthly production figures such
as Policies in Force.
Marketing Assistant March 1997 -
August 2000
Bank of the Ozarks, Little Rock, AR
. The CEO used my creative PowerPoint presentation to show potential
stockholders that the Bank was a wonderful investment. At that time
it had 23 offices. Today it is the 2nd ranking bank in Arkansas.
. The banking industry is well known for press releases about new
officers. I made the officers sound great with my excellent writing
style.
. Advertising is key in Banking. I assisted with all advertising
campaigns from creating posters to organizing running events.
. Competition is also key in Banking. I was always on top of the
