Work Experience

Project Manager Senior, Prologis Inc., Denver, CO, June 2008 - Current

. As a direct report to the CTO, all new technology projects that

required a project manager were supported. Additionally, program

level leadership was provided for operational support of all supported

products. Web based MOSS team sites were provided to all corporate

departments. Processes for project intake, requirements elicitation

and system methodology were honored and facilitated.

. Managed budget activity including estimation, purchase costs and

implementation actuals. Responsible for all program/project status,

velocity, resource allocation and risk management. Required to

participate and lead discussion for departmental steering.

. Successfully managed a custom web based software project to enable

custom market price reporting. Stakeholders included senior VP's.

. As a product owner, lead from inception to deployment using an agile

approach, a web based contract creation and workflow tool to expedite

deal-making tasks for field sales teams. For this project the sponsor

was the managing director for Prologis global operations and required

weekly updates to this executive officer.

. As a scrum master, led a project team of 6 using an agile approach for

a web based marketing tool to interface Prologis marketing materials

into a 3rd party real-estate marketing tool. Every available marketed

Prologis property was supported by this product. Stakeholder

reporting was provided to the managing director and regional senior

VP's.

. Provided leadership for a vendor selection project. Lead a team of

managers and architects to determine the best business process

management (BPM) platform. Candidates included Metastorm Oracle BPM,
