Work Experience
Computer Programmer Analyst- Haines & Company June 2008 - May 2010
Routinely develop desktop applications using VB.Net, ADO.Net and T-SQL
Projects include a commission and billing function that integrates with the
Microsoft Dynamics SL Accounting software.
The commission program creates reports to pay salespeople accurately and
verifies that customers who place orders are not credit risks. Once the
customer has paid for their order, a report is generated and sent to
bookkeeping to ensure proper accounting for the salesperson to be paid. The
program keeps a history of all commissions paid to the salesperson and
their managers to be used as an audit trail. Other reports are generated
for upper management to assess sales performance by product and
salesperson.
The billing program is used to track orders that customers have placed and
integrates with Microsoft Dynamics SL Accounting Software and VB Tool. When
an order comes in, the accounting clerk logs into the Microsoft Dynamic
Accounting software which calls the .Net billing program through an API
call. The billing program calculates the correct pricing based on the
product ordered then passes this information back to the accounting system
so the customer can be invoiced. The billing program also runs a daily
process that bills customer on products that renew on a yearly basis.

Seven years experience in special accounts handling. Five years in the
legal department where I worked in collections and two years in the System

In the Collection department I wrote programs in VBA and VB6 to increase
productivity through automation of manual tasks.
The last 2 years worked in the System Automation department where I worked
on a SQL database. My primary responsibility was technical support,
responsible for making sure all services were up and running by carefully
reviewing logs and making system changes when required. The position
required that I develop, maintain, and run stored procedures and functions
