Tank Wash Manager - Reserve, LA
Manage the day to day operations of the Reserve, LA, Tank Wash facility,
acting as primary liaison between Schneider corporate office, its
customers, and national vendors.
Responsible for overall production, quality and safe operation of the Tank
Wash, its employees and company equipment.
Responsible for the proper handling, recording, transportation and disposal
of all wastes.
Responsible for the environmental compliance of the waste water treatment
and discharge to the sanitary sewerage district, on the local, state and

schedules while minimizing overtime, and negotiating/renegotiating vendor
contracts.
Develop and maintain compliance with operating and capital budgets in
accordance with Schneider policies and procedures.
Identify and implement cost savings plans, conforming to various Schneider
cost reduction initiatives.
Manage and track vendor performance, ensuring minimal level of spending
while still maximizing the services of the suppliers and vendors.
Travel to customer sites to discuss and ensure Schneider compliance with

Field Technician
Driver of straight truck, responsibilities included pickup of client
hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, with ultimate delivery to the proper
transfer and/or disposal facilities. Responsibilities also included
completing required government compliance hazardous and non-hazardous
special waste manifests, and other pertinent DOT and EPA forms.
Completed National Water Well Association 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Site
Training program. This required certificate enabled CBC to expand their
customer base and increase corporate revenues.
Using a variety of sampling techniques and equipment, I collected and
sampled effluents, industrial wastes, soil, air and drinking water, to
provide a representative sample to be analyzed by the laboratory.
Responsible for both industrial and DNR customer site cleanups, to include
