PRODUCTION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
Key member of specially selected, six engineers, Technology Support Team.
Successfully provided technical expertise in the area of Thick Film Process
Engineering for Hybrid Microelectronics to Aselsan Military Industries in
Ankara, Turkey. Trained, counseled, guided, and assisted the Aselsan
Engineering, and Management personnel as they created a World Class Hybrid
Microelectronics facility to support the electronics requirements of NATO's
European Stinger Missile Project, resulting in the On-time qualification,
and delivery of a quality product to the Government of Germany. (1/91 to
12/91)
Provided Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Process Development
Engineering support to thick film, thin film and hybrid microelectronics
assembly. The thick film support included printing of multilayer
substrates, 8 conductor layers, and multilayer resistor substrates, up to
30 resistors per substrate. The thin film support included Cr/Cu/Sn
substrates for use in microwave applications. Provided quality assurance
to the hybrid microelectronics assembly production process. All of the
above tasks required the writing of manufacturing process specifications,
designing production tools, as well as inspection criteria for the
substrate and hybrid production lines and interfacing with Design
Engineering for the efficient quality manufacture of the product.
