commercial sheet fed and commercial web printing plant, 12/09 to 6/10
. Plan and execute the manufacturing of custom print projects to produce
the best quality product in the most cost effective and timely way
possible. This includes print manufacturing for both sheet fed and
web based print runs.
. Supervise manufacturing process in plant to achieve superior
performance.
. Worked extensively with area vendors securing bids to achieve the most
competitive pricing for all outsource projects.
. Helped launch several national magazine advertisement inserts for
Google through their ad agency. I handled the planning of the
printing and finishing which included laser printing different code
numbers on each finished piece with a different list per publication.

approve outside binding & finishing (foil stamp, perfect binding,

binding, hand assembly, etc.)
. Worked extensively with the fulfillment department managing the
seasonal annual large scale print projects for the L'Occitane chain of
retail outlets. This included supervising the production of all the
printed material, finishing, and preparing the kits for the stores to
be drop shipped.

. Manage all print production responsibilities for several large Fortune
500 companies including Alliance Bernstein, Siemens Corporation and

one year, I helped the company save $20,000 per month in paper
