forecasting strategy and drove standardization of option packages generating

reduce lead times, better customer service and cost savings. Developed &

implemented new inventory model yielding $36MM reduction (35%). Improved

scheduling prioritization, forecasting practices and standardization, improved

delivery performance 72-95%. Worked on a joint SCM / Manufacturing team NCR / MRB

process development for the region. Developed and implemented worldwide

procurement development training program, teaching purchasing methodologies. Level
