implemented new inventory model yielding $36MM reduction (35%). Improved
scheduling prioritization, forecasting practices and standardization, improved
delivery performance 72-95%. Worked on a joint SCM / Manufacturing team NCR / MRB
process development for the region. Developed and implemented worldwide
procurement development training program, teaching purchasing methodologies. Level

inventories $725K), and again for transforming inbound steel deliveries to JIT
reducing inventories $2.9 million. Was recognized for reducing the materials cost

cost avoidance during die construction. Later being recognized by Corporate office
for developing a procedure for cost recovery for Certified line shortages & line
