. DVB-H (digital Video Broadcast- Handheld) network evaluation with AT&T

evaluating performance of a DVB-H mobile broadcast network in a live

environment. Of particular interest to AT&T were the accurate modeling

of the indoor and outdoor propagation characteristics and the

performance tradeoffs of the user-definable parameters.

National Project Manager for CORE Network equipment rationalization

activities for Cingular Wireless, providing single point of contact

with Cingular PMO, planning, forecast and coordination of national

deliverables, weekly reporting to Cingular rationalization council,

and internal Nokia, ensuring FPQ/PO process is fully implemented

within the project.. This project realized hundreds of MUSD savings to

the customer.

. Ensured de-install schedules in the originating markets matched with

re-install needs and schedules in target markets.

. Managed completion and commercial launch of a US$50M GSM/GPRS network

for rural operator (Viaero) in NE Colorado. GSM Core and BSS network

element integration included MSC, BSCs, Base Stations, and OSS,

messaging and charging gateways, as well as, traffic monitoring and

reporting gateway. Resource and P&L management for services budget

totaling over one MUSD...
