M.SC MATERIAL ENGINEER
CAMBRIDGE, MA 02141
*********@*****.***
SUMMARY
* ***** ** ******* *** technology development engineer, with a proven record of yield
improvement and cost reduction, through creative and fresh outlook on complex technological
problems, both in start up environment and in large multidisciplinary corporations, incorporating
six sigma approach.
SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Developed an array of thin metallic layers, magnetron sputtering deposited. This array
•
increased yield of a soldering process from less than 10% to over 80 %.
Mapped critical process parameters using the “Taguchi” method.
•
Substituted a polymer for an environmental friendly one, while reducing the cost of the
•
finished good, and saving more than 500K$/year.
Optimized process parameters and duration, and required treatments, in order to reduce
•
product’s cycle time, and saved more than 500K$/year.
Developed brazing processes, using a high temperatures vacuum furnace (up to 1100C).
•
Developed and validated ceramic products, using co fired technologies, and custom made
•
ceramic pastes.
