SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Developed an array of thin metallic layers, magnetron sputtering deposited. This array

increased yield of a soldering process from less than 10% to over 80 %.

Mapped critical process parameters using the “Taguchi” method.

Substituted a polymer for an environmental friendly one, while reducing the cost of the

finished good, and saving more than 500K$/year.

Optimized process parameters and duration, and required treatments, in order to reduce

product’s cycle time, and saved more than 500K$/year.

Developed brazing processes, using a high temperatures vacuum furnace (up to 1100C).

Developed and validated ceramic products, using co fired technologies, and custom made

ceramic pastes.
