Project Experience
o Aetna - Completed Two projects for Aetna including, a 2 - Floor tenant

(SF), along with 24,000 (SF) decommissioning portion of existing
office space. The second project located in Princeton, NJ consisted of
a 2 - Floor tenant fit our and office relocation approximately 41,000
(SF), also including a 490,000 (SF) decommissioning portion at their
existing facility in Cranbury, NJ.
o Honeywell - I Worked on Two projects for Honeywell at their Global
Headquarters in Morristown, NJ including relocating 25 employees and
38 laboratories with a total of 9 different floors from the CRL
building to the CTC building. The other project "Touchdown" relocated
240 people from their current location in Teterboro, NJ and another
150 people currently on the Morristown site. The scope of work
included renovating 5 floors 50,000 (SF) of interior space.
o Novartis - While at Novartis, I was responsible for assistance with
multiple in house projects, internal moves ads and changes which
varied in scope from $1,000 to $100,000 at their East Hanover, NJ
Campus.

While working as an estimator, I Prepared project estimates and budgets in
the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000 dollar range. Clients ranged from
large banks branches such as Bank of America, Citibank and HSBC to high end
clients like Goldman Sachs, Merill Lynch and Citigroup. Knowledgeable with
RFE's, RFP's and change orders.
As an Assistant Superintendent, I worked on interior fit outs managing
projects from start to completion. I handled project submittals, RFI's,
RFE's, change orders, open items log, punch list etc, while coordinating
and monitoring all daily construction activities including labor equipment
and material deliveries. I worked closely with all of our sub-
contractors, building managers, building engineers and facility managers.
Projects completed to date include American International Group (AIG),
Pinnacle, Mitsui Osk, Merrill Lynch and Mellon Bank.

FIELD ENGINEER & Construction
Supervisor
I served as a Field Engineer on a $40,000,000 dollar seismic retro
fiit/widening and deck lowering project between exits 15W & 15E on the New
Jersey Turnpike. My responsibilities included jacking coordination for the
seismic retro fit, daily site supervision and interaction with 30 plus iron
workers / laborers. Coordinated all site amenities and materials for the
project and acted as the point person between Koch Skanska and the
consulting engineering firm.
In addition, I served as an Office/Field Engineer on a $240,000,000 dollar
project reconstructing the Brooklyn Queens Expressway "BQE" while
conducting field measurements and coordinating structural steel deliveries
along with handling traffic conditions. While in the office, I handled all
of the shop drawings, contract drawings submittals to State, fabricator and
designer offices.
While working as a Construction Supervisor on a multi million dollar
project creating a high speed fiber optic network for residential
communication network "RCN". I supervised laborers, electricians and
technicians documenting daily work activities and created as builts for
engineering, also monitoring jobsite safety and performing quality control
post construction.
