with networking and computer related issues. Tech Solutions offers all aspects of low voltage supply and
installation of systems including telephony equipment, such as, routers, switches, hubs, and for larger
scale of networking, the installation of servers and secure VPN tunnel connectivity is accomplished. Also,
camera systems (CCTV), commercial sound system equipment is supplied and installed. Medical Internet

Technical Support Analyst II, The call center duties included fulfilling the contractual needs of the
Technical Support position for Dell, Inc. Support was delivered over the phone in a call center
environment. Residential support included the setup and efficient troubleshooting of LAN’s, Routers and
existing network peripherals depending on their contractual SLA. Call Center operations in the position
included all levels of escalations of support Tier II and Tier III, from the ordering and dispatching of
equipment from basic home hardware and software installation support with home computer systems to
business workstations, gaming systems, network servers, LAN’s, and various types of Routers.
Proprietary Dell COP software was used to initiate new orders and facilitate existing status updates on
purchased hardware and software for all issues and resolutions. In addition, my responsibilities enhanced
with certifications within Dell; which included the support of Network Field Technicians troubleshooting
small to medium businesses utilizing various types troubleshooting of VPN’s within businesses. Usually,
within two businesses including, router configurations for Site-to-Site, Point-to-Point, and typically in
house PPTP-VPN tunneling. Also, LAN support on Dell workstations in commercial environments from
medium to large business, such as, hospitals, and large banks in connectivity of WAN’s and the support
thereof were also a standard daily duty. Support was provided on a critical on call basis as well, with
normal work and extending hours depending on client needs and level of SLA (Service Level
Agreement).
TELCOM Technical Experience
Miami Audio Visual, LLC May 2006 - 2008
President, Founded and developed low voltage company primarily in the commercial industry. As
President and sole owner, duties included but not limited to, sales, creating proposals and quotations, and
developed, managed negotiated Service Level Agreements on service contracts on all installed systems.
As owner, the contracts primarily entailed managing installations and insuring customer satisfaction.
Installations and systems involved and included the rough in’s and pre-wire and ultimately the installation
and test and turn up of All disciplines of low voltage including, networking, telephony, and the wiring
setup of servers interfacing to workstations utilizing various CAT-5e cable, with various routers and hubs
completing the network. All network cabling was built in house and setup of routers and servers was
conducted. From hotel to hotel, the development and design of Peer-to-Peer networks utilizing VPN’s for
secure intranet connectivity were supplied, setup and installed. In addition, 70 volt sound systems,
camera systems, and various high end audio and video home theatre systems. Managing and
renegotiating the renewal of service contracts for the hardware and software associated with the above
mentioned systems deployed always followed post installation.
London Town Associates, Inc April 2004 - May 2006
Project Manager, Coordinated and directed field installation and operations with various types of low
voltage system contracts. Systems include, but not limited to, telecommunications, networking, audio and
video, sound, voice, data, wireless, CCTV, touch controls, and various equipment. Such equipment for
networks included the management of installation of network cabling, setup of LAN’s with various types
of routers, configuration of VPN software utilizing Juniper and Cisco products and solutions. Racks for
network, sound, and Audio Visual, were installed, tested and turned up; to follow the management of a
service contract of the installed.
Sprint September 2000 - April 2004
Provisioning Engineer II, Access Service Provisioning Department - Provisioning Engineer II duties
included completing the engineering from various bandwidths from analog DS0 level to an OC level.
Orders were processed using existing COP software, which defined customer order specifications to
enable technical evaluation and processing. Typically circuit design started at the Central Office or
Remote Site and terminated at the subscriber end, or CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) or another
Central Office. Circuits were systematically designed and created for the CO Technicians, Installation
Technicians and Field Technicians. Equipment knowledge is but not limited to, DMS100 and 5E switch,
channel banks and cards associated with the type of circuit, multiplexers, test points, repeaters / doublers,
DDM+, NIU's and station packages. All orders placed through COP software linked with current
inventory within North Supply, Sprints departmental ordering division typically involved circuitry from
Central Office to CPE.
Transmissions Engineer II, Transmissions Department Transmission Engineer II duties included the
managing of equipment in central offices and remote sites by systematically monitoring equipment
exhaustion. Facilitated and implemented planning for transmission equipment, provided field technician
and central office technician support in the installation and turn up process. Types of equipment and
vendors associated are included but not limited to, M-13 MUX’s, channel banks, remote test equipment,
routers and punch-downs. Types of vendors varied from AlcaTel, Pairgain, ADC, WesTel, Hykemian,
Anritsu, and Nortel DMS Switching.
Regional Systems Administrator II Duties included but not limited to, provided client support for
systems MDNP and DFS and related applications with Sprint proprietary systems and software. Resolve
trouble calls using EA, initiate password resets, added new users using MapInfo and Telnet, initiate and
maintained data feeds from existing Legacy systems and NIDA. Manage special projects such as, Service
Level Agreements, network pushes, CCEI scheduling; facilitate in the deployment of user acceptance and
testing documentation. Facilitated and conducted training nationally for new users and system upgrades.
Authored training documentation and posted via Sprint intranet. Also designed, updated and monitored
various interdepartmental web pages using FrontPage and other software depending on the users needs.

Completed 4 month college internship traveling across the U.S. installing wireless and Central Office

1. Texas: 8 live changeovers for Sprint, installation of all DC power and grounding, H-Taps,

1. Louisiana: Fibrebond Manufacturing plant, installation of complete power and grounding,

1. Florida, from Tallahassee to Tampa to Jacksonville duties consisted of full installation and the
Supervision of Contractors with 20 sites of Nortel Metro Cells, Lucent BTS and Alca-Tel
equipment. Installation and Supervision included isolating, setting, complete alarm, fiber, and
power / grounding cabling.
