Reduced the inventory system user access from 200 total to 75 core users, which

improved the project accountability and material allocation / utilization. The

additional 125 users were reallocated to other areas within their expertise.

Integrated the logistic support processes of two international companies resulting

in a $2B (AUD) contract award and increased chances of future in-service support

contracts by 80%.

Business Improvement Process Manager, 2/2007 to 1/2010

Brought into a newly formed Business Improvement Group to facilitate planning,

communication, and execution of the business unit vision, mission, and goals.

workshops with early and adequate stakeholder management for effective change

Developed Maritime's Business Improvement Group. Defined strategy, methodology, and

Facilitated the integration effort post acquisition to keep Tenix and BAE cohesive

with their strategies, processes, tools, and metrics. This ensured due diligence of

intellectual property, streamlined reporting and continued evaluation and

improvement. Focused on an effective communication program to get the right message

to the right people, motivate staff, and stabilize the new organization for better

buy in and continued support.

Led business process activity for the company's Enterprise Resource Planning

Implementation. Embedded new change by aligning the system with the business

processes and managed the change results by effectively engaging, communicating,

and training staff on new processes and documentation.

Mentored Maritime's Supply Chain project leads in an end-to-end process review for

the purposes of integrating into the corporate process flow. Guided the group in

the application of the Maritime Improvement Methodology to identify best of breed

processes. Also guided in maintaining the change and quality program by educating

the leads on communication, process change impact analysis, measurement, new

process training, documentation structure and alignment, and process quality

assurance.

Developed the Maritime Business Systems Dashboard to provide senior management with

overall view of business systems and status of any associated projects

(replacement, upgrade, integration). Strategic improvement decisions for the

business systems are based off the results of this tool.

Hired to take on vital ILS activity for the $2B (AUD) Landing Helicopter Dock

tender. Led a team of eight in requirements analysis, process alignment, company

integration, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management. Superior performance

of the ILS team contributed to the successful contract award.

Key Accomplishments -

Bridged communication deficiencies and addressed process gaps to integrate a single

in-build strategy between the European prime subcontractor, Navantia, and BAE. This

single, cohesive strategy has successfully placed BAE to win future in-service

support contracts.

Acted as change agent between LHD project and wider business unit to ensure new

project strategy aligned to overall BAE capability. Helped define appropriate

measures to gauge project performance against BAE's financial and customer goals.

Chosen representative to the Flight Safety Foundation team, a think tank developed

by the aviation industry to provide common industry standards to prevent accidents,

incidents, and damage during ground operations.

Selected subject matter expert for the 757-300 World Tour, presenting to airline

executives (customers) worldwide and discussed operational efficiencies that

resulted in increased sales of the B757-300 aircraft.

Consulted airlines on best practices for ramp and terminal operations, which

effected a savings of $8M (USD) and boosted aircraft utilization of up to 30

additional flight-hours per day for some airlines.

Oversaw the first revenue-generating tool for the organization and standardized the

process for future revenue generating ground support equipment.

Managed design and development of high wind condition mooring tools. The FAA
