. Developed standardized annuity misstatement pricing procedures to limit
financial risk. Successfully implemented procedures and saved MetLife
over $600,000 in the first year.
. Designed and taught defined benefit annuity training program for the
benefit of the administrative department to effectively manage annuity
contracts and reduce risk of financial error.
. Developed and implemented a warehousing plan for the accurate recording
of incoming and outgoing goods as well as the safe and efficient storage
of such goods.
. Established procedures and designed paper work for the accurate
processing, pricing and distribution of products.
. Developed inventory coding methodology to enhance the distribution of
product to stores and allow for the effect management of individualized
store merchandising plans.
. Created and designed store management training materials and store
operational manuals.
