1992 to 2000: Worked for companies in the Silicon Valley area. Tested computers

and peripherals for RFI and agency specifications. Worked with software and

hardware. Debugged software and did some light programming work.2000 to

Present; I currently work as a Desk side Support position and support Windows XP

operating system. On a daily basis we support over 2000 users.

Bachelor's Degree

I've completed my Computer science degree. I've studied Novell and worked with

Novell in the Ford environment. My major is Computer Science. My degree is a

BBA\Web Page Design from Davenport University. My Core Curriculum is based

on networking and the Web Page Design certification. I'm currently working on my

Windows MCSE certification.
